Hoy te traigo uno de los smoothies que junto con el último que puse, es de mis favoritos.

La verdad que aporta mucha energía, esta buenísimo, es depurativo y diurético. ¿Qué más quieres?

Ingredientes:

1 papaya

1/4 de piña

Zumo de 1 pomelo

Zumo de 2 naranjas

Perejil

(En la receta original ponía espinacas, pero como tengo una plantita de perejil, le pongo eso.)

¡Buenos días!!

Ya que la semana pasada me preguntasteis mucho por los smoothies que me estoy tomando últimamente, hoy os traigo una nueva receta.

La receta del batido diurético de hoy, debo decir que junto con otro que ya os enseñaré, es mi favorito.

El batido diurético verde se lo pueden quedar las famosas.

De verdad, que os recomiendo que lo probéis. Ahora que es verano, los granizados, los batidos, los zumos... apetecen más que nunca, y sientan fenomenal. Para que el efecto sea más diurético, beber mucho agua (sin volveros locos), y lo notaréis enseguida.

Además llevo a dieta dos semanas, y me aportan muchísima energía. Estoy encantada.

The diuretic smoothie recipe of today, I must say that along with another that I will show, is my favorite.

The smoothie green diuretic I leave it to the famous.

 Ingredientes:

6 fresas (yo las deje partidas y con una cucharada de truvia la noche anterior)

El zumo de dos pomelos

1 trozo de piña (yo me he comprado las latas que vienen ya en su jugo sin azúcar añadido)

1 pepino

1 melocotón

Ingredients:

6 strawberries

Two grapefruit juice

1 piece of pineapple (I've bought the cans that come in juice and no added sugar)

1 cucumber

1 peach

  Este es el resultado. Esta buenísimo. Al principio el sabor final del pomelo se me hacía extraño, pero ahora no puedo vivir sin el. Son mis nuevos desayunos!

This is the result. It´s terrific. At first the end of the grapefruit flavor was strange to me, but now I can´t live without it. They are my new breakfast!

batido depurativo

¡Buenos días!!

Como os prometí, os traigo la receta del batido depurativo que me hice el otro día. Ahora estan muy de moda, y siempre que veia a las famosas con un batido verde me preguntaba ¿pero eso estará rico?

Desde pequeña he sido poco fan de las verduras, y aunque fruta si que tomo, me da mucha pereza comérmela (cosas mías).

Pues el caso es que en la web de GRAZIA publicaron este smoothie depurativo, zumo verde, batido, llamárlo como queráis, y decidí probarlo.

Por causas ajenas a mi, desde el año pasado he tenido que renunciar a muchas frutas y verduras, y lo que peor llevo: las ensaldas. Así que me dije: voy a hacerlo, y cruzaré los dedos para que no me siente mal. Aquí sigo, así que he sobrevivido.

No se si las frutas y verduras eran orgánicas la verdad.

Hacerlo fue un poco odisea, porque había que triturar todo, y no me cabía en la batidora, así que primero puse todos los ingredientes en una olla, lo trituré con la minipimer y después en dos tandas lo metí en la batidora hasta que se quedo lo más triturado posible.

No se si había que poner las frutas con la piel, pero yo pelé todas.

Tengo que admitir, que me daba un poco de miedo el primer sorbo, pero me sorprendió gratamente el sabor.

Pretendía estar todo el día tomando solo el batido, pero no fui capaz. Dependerá de la persona, pero a mi, después de la hora de comer, y supongo que el calor también influyó, me dio un bajón de tensión que creía que me moría, así que solamente voy a tomar los batidos por las mañanas. He estado toda la semana con distintos smoothies (os iré poniendo las recetas) y la verdad que estoy contenta con los resultados, y sobretodo, que ahora para verano la fruta y la verdura es vital, y así, tienes todo a un sorbo.

Yo siempre lo he tenido, y lo seguiré teniendo. Es uno de esos productos estrella para mi. ¿Por qué? Pues porque le doy un montón de usos diferentes.

Desde hidratar hasta tratar mis accesorios más queridos.

Os voy a dar mis trucos e ideas sobre todas las cosas que podéis hacer con éste botecito azul.

Today I bring you "Grandma's advice."

Surely you will have or have had in your house the typical Nivea blue boat.

I've always had, and will continue having. It's one of those star products for me. Why? Because I give a lot of different uses.

Since hydrate to treat my dearest accessories.

I'll give my tricks and ideas on all the things you can do with this little boat blue.

Hidratante:

Tu misma en casa, puedes hacerte las mejores mascarillas hidratantes para la piel.

1º Ilumina y exfolia: mezcla dos cucharadas de crema, con salvado de almendra o con azúcar moreno. Aplícala en la cara, masajea, y déjala actuar 10 minutos. Después retírala con agua tibia o con una esponja.

2º Antifatiga y antitoxinas: ralla una manzana y mézclala con dos cucharadas de crema. Aplícala y déjala actuar 10 minutos. Después, retírala con agua tibia o con una esponja.

3º Reparadora: mezcla dos cucharitas de crema con aceite de aloe vera o ralladura de la hoja de la planta. Aplícala y déjala actuar 10 minutos. Después retírala con agua tibia o con una esponja.

Si quieres usarla en una parte más amplia del cuerpo, aumenta la cantidad y listo!

Moisturizer:

You at home, can make the best skin moisturizer masks.

1º Brightens and exfoliates: Mix two tablespoons of cream, almond bran or brown sugar. Apply to the face, massage and leave on 10 minutes. Then remove it with warm water or a sponge.

2º Fatigue and antitoxins: grate an apple and mix it with two tablespoons of cream. Apply it and leave on 10 minutes. Then remove it with warm water or a sponge.

3º Reconstructive: mix two tablespoons of cream with aloe vera oil or zest of plant leaf. Apply it and leave on 10 minutes. Then remove it with warm water or a sponge.

If you want to use in a wider part of the body, increases the amount and go!

Tratamiento para el cuero:

¿Cuántas veces se os ha cuarteado un bolso, un cinturón, unos guantes y unas botas? Y pensáis...tengo que ponerle grasa de caballo, o ir a comprar el tratamiento para que no se estropee, o llevarlo al zapatero?

¡¡Pues no hace falta!!

¿Qué es lo mejor que puedes hacer? Coger el bote de crema, y untar la crema en la superficie que queramos.

La mejor forma de hacerlo es con paciencia, extendiendo la crema lo máximo posible hasta que el cuero lo absorba.

Yo no suelo tener tanta paciencia, y hago "el momento Nivea": cojo todo lo que tenga de cuero por mi cuarto (bolsos, guantes, botas, cinturones...) los dejo blancos, y los dejo quietecitos hasta que absorben toda la crema.

Después les pasas un trapito o un limpiazapatos por la parte esponjosa, y ya tienes todo listo para usar.

Leather Treatment:

How many times have you cracked a purse, a belt, gloves and boots? And you think ... I have to put fat horse, or go buy the treatment for spoiling, or take it to the cobbler?

Well needless!

What's the best you can do? Take the pot of cream, and spread the cream on the surface you want.

The best way to do this is with patience, spreading the cream as much as possible until the leather  absorb it.

I usually don't have much patience, and I have the "Nivea moment": lame all I have of leather in my room (bags, gloves, boots, belts ...) leave it white, and leave very still until they absorb all the cream.

Then I spend a cloth or sponge polishing by hand, and you have everything ready to use.

¡Buenas tardes!!

Hoy os traigo las últimas compras de maquillaje que hice.

Me considero una loca de muchas cosas, y el maquillaje, las cremas hidratantes y todo lo que tenga que ver con potingues me gustan desde que soy pequeña.

Todavía (muy a pesar) no he podido estrenar nada, porque me salió un eccema en la cara, y mi dermatóloga me ha prohibido maquillarme hasta que no desaparezca...ya me quedan pocos días!!

Si me empezáis a ver más guapa en los siguientes post, ya sabéis a qué se deben. Como ya os he dicho alguna vez "La mitad de la belleza esta en la tienda", y en mi caso, por el momento, tras unas gafas de sol gigantes.

Still (very reluctantly) I couldn't release anything because I got eczema on the face, and my dermatologist has forbidden me makeup until it disappears ... and I still have a few days!

If you begin to see me prettier in the following posts, you know why it's the cause. As I've said once "Half of the beauty is in the shop", and in my case, for the moment, after a giant sunnies.
